Flutter Entertainment plc has announced an expansion plan involving the launch of an offering of additional senior secured notes due 2031, denominated in USD, EUR, and GBP. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to raise $1,755 million through the Notes and a Fourth Incremental Term Loan B Facility. The funds will be used to acquire the remaining 5% minority interest in FanDuel and to enhance its long-term strategic partnership with Boyd Interactive Gaming Holdings, L.L.C. The issuance of these notes follows a previous issuance on June 4, 2025, and an application will be made for their listing on The International Stock Exchange.
