CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) affiliated company, CSI MTN, issued a $20 million bond, according to a Saturday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
CITIC Securities' Hong Kong shares closed 4% higher and Shanghai shares closed around 2% higher on Monday.
After the latest issuance, the program's total principal balance was reduced to $2.88 billion.
