Ambertech (ASX:AMO) expects fiscal second-half revenue to be more than AU$54 million, compared to AU$45.5 million in the first half, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company expects revenue for the fiscal year ended June 30 to be over AU$100 million, up from AU$$95.5 million in 2024.
Fiscal second half earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin is expected to "materially" exceed the first half EBITDA margin of 2.4%.
The company expects to release its full-year results on or around Aug. 25.
The company's shares surged 27% to their highest since Oct. 2024 in recent Thursday trade.
