Me Today (NZE:MEE) said that the Bank of New Zealand has appointed Tony Maginness and Jared Booth of Bakertilly Staples Rodway as joint and several liquidators for the company's units King Honey Holdings and King Honey, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company said it had failed to secure funding from its lenders, the Bank and the Jarvis Trust, prompting a request for the Bank to appoint a receiver.
However, the company said it does not have any obligation related to the debts of its units.
