Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) said the wholly-owned unit of Centuria Property Funds No. 2, its responsible entity, CIP Funding, informed noteholders that the exchange rate for an extraordinary distribution to AU$3.951 per unit from AU$4.0023 per unit, effective June 27, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The distribution is payable to unitholders of record on June 30.
As a result of the adjustment, the threshold amount was adjusted to AU$0.0759 from AU$0.0769.
Centuria Industrial REIT's shares were up almost 1% in recent Friday trade.
