Orpheus Uranium (ASX:ORP) signed a native title mining agreement with the registered native title body corporate for the Radium Hill South and Mundaerno Projects, which overlap the Wilyakali determination area in South Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The agreement allows Orpheus to start heritage clearance surveys in the area in collaboration with Wilyakali representatives, the filing said.

Drilling approvals in the area are expected in the early to mid-fourth quarter of the year, the filing added.

Shares fell 2% in recent Friday trade.
