BAIOO Renews Tencent Cloud Deal; Shares Lose 7%

BAIOO (HKG:2100) has renewed its cloud services agreement with Tencent Cloud, a unit of Tencent Holdings (HKG:0700), for one year, with a proposed annual cap of 20 million yuan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of BAIOO were down about 7% in Friday's recent trade.

The new deal, effective July 25, replaces the prior agreement expiring the same day and will support BAIOO's server and infrastructure needs, particularly for new game launches.
