KRP Development Holdings Ltd. has announced that its Annual General Meeting will take place on 5 September 2025 at the Grand Ballroom, Castfast Hotel in Dongguan, Guangdong, PRC. During the meeting, the company will address several key matters, including the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 March 2025. Additionally, there will be a consideration to declare a final dividend for the same financial year. The agenda also includes the re-election of Mr. Ho Man Chung as an executive director.
