Kidsland International (HKG:2122) will grant a total of 76.5 million share options to one director and 15 employees, a late July 25 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the toy company were down 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
Of the total, 1 million options were granted to co-CEO and an executive director, Zhong Mei.
The options give the grantees the right to subscribe for up to 76.5 million ordinary shares in the firm. The options will become exercisable following the expiration of 18 months from the grant date.
Following the grant, the firm has 3.5 million shares available for future grant under the incentive scheme.
