JCurve Solutions (ASX:JCS) raised AU$1 million via a placement to an investor of 20 million shares at AU$0.05 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The offer price is a 66.7% premium to the company's last traded price on July 25, the filing said.

Participants will receive an attaching option that has an exercise price of AU$0.075 and expires on July 18, 2026, the filing added.

The shares are expected to settle on July 31, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 50% at close and earlier hit a two-year high.
