Chenbro Micom (TPE:8210) announced the early redemption of its first unsecured convertible bonds on Sept. 9, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares slid over 3% recently on Monday.
The company will redeem the bonds at 100% of par value.
OTC trading of the bond will terminate on Sept. 10, and bondholders must submit conversion requests by Sept. 11, it said.
