Kidsland International Holdings Ltd. has announced the grant of a total of 76,500,000 share options as part of their new compensation plan. This initiative includes the allocation of 1,000,000 options to Ms. Zhong Mei, the executive Director and co-chief executive officer of the company. The remaining 75,500,000 options have been distributed among 15 employees responsible for the Group's operations. The scheme adheres to the Listing Rules, ensuring no individual exceeds the 1% share limit. Notably, there is no clawback mechanism in place, as the company believes existing provisions adequately protect their interests. Additionally, there are no arrangements for financial assistance to facilitate the purchase of shares under this scheme.
