China Kingstone Mining (HKG:1380) will allot and issue 18 million shares to Zeng Jingfeng at HK$0.138 apiece to raise net proceeds of over HK$2.4 million, a late July 25 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the marble stone miner were up 1% in Monday afternoon trading.

The shares represent around 4.86% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
