Yinsheng Digifavor (HKG:3773) expects its attributable profit to fall 40% to 45% to between 11.7 million yuan and 12.8 million yuan in the first half from 21.3 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The mobile top-up service company attributes the foreseen plunge to higher research and development, as well as manpower expenses due to the creation of its Digifavor Master platform and launch of its integrated procurement mall for digital equity products, the filing said.
Its top-up transaction volume declined, while the costs of its mobile top-ups also grew, the filing said.
Yinsheng Digifavor plans to release H1 results in August.
