Actuate Therapeutics (ACTU) on Friday registered 1.3 million shares for resale by its stockholders.
The offering consists of 666,497 shares and 666,497 shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the resale, but will receive proceeds from the exercise of warrants.
