Bright Smart Securities and Commodities Group Ltd. has disclosed internal dealings under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. On July 25, 2025, Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, a Class 5 associate connected with the Offeror, engaged in the purchase of 362,000 ordinary shares amounting to $5,463,740 and the sale of 4,000 ordinary shares totaling $62,420. These transactions were conducted as part of the hedging of Delta 1 products resulting from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc made these dealings for its own account and is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
