Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) entered into an agreement to divest Mapletree Logistics Center in South Korea for 8 billion Korean won, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the trust were down nearly 2% in recent trading.

The property comprises a two-story warehouse and a three-story office building with a gross floor area of around 19,959 square meters.

The divestment is expected to conclude during fiscal Q2.
