The company successfully completed a flight-focused technical familiarization meeting with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) concerning its TriFan 600 Vertical Take-Off and Landing $(VTOL)$ aircraft. This meeting marks a crucial step towards obtaining flight certification for the TriFan 600. XTI's engineering team collaborated with 17 FAA representatives to review the aircraft's system design and expected flight performance. This review focused on several key certification areas, including take-off and landing performance, stall speed characteristics, and flight control architecture.
