Lianlian DigiTech's (HKG:2598) deputy general manager, chief technology officer, and executive director, Wang Yu, resigned from his positions effective Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the digital payment solutions provider fell over 4% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

Wang stepped down due to personal work arrangements.
