ESR REIT's (SGX:J91U) total distribution per unit or DPU was up 0.2% in the first half of the year to SG$0.1124 from SG$0.1122 a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Amount available for distribution rose 4.5% to SG$90.1 million from SG$86.3 million.
Net property income jumped 30% to SG$166.3 million from SG$127.8 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue, meanwhile, rose 23% year over year to SG$222.9 million from SG$180.9 million, mainly due to contributions from ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre and 20 Tuas South Avenue 14 acquisitions.
The REIT's portfolio occupancy remained stable at 91.2% as of June 30.
