Domain Holdings Australia (ASX:DHG) said that a Supreme Court of New South Wales hearing to approve the acquisition of the firm by CoStar Group via a scheme of arrangement, subject to Domain's shareholders approving the scheme at a meeting expected to be held Aug. 4, is scheduled for Aug. 6, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Any Domain shareholder will have the right to appear at the court hearing and to oppose the approval of the scheme, per the filing.
