Asia Standard International (HKG:0129) appointed Chu Wai Ming, Benson, as its chief financial officer on June 16, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Chu will replace Lun Pui Kan, who will retire as executive director and finance director at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Chu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has over 30 years of financial experience working for various firms.
