Elate Graphite Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elate Holdings Limited, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Goldpay Limited and Madagascar Graphite Limited. The agreement, signed on July 29, 2025, aims to integrate artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies into their operations. As part of the agreement, the subsidiary plans to apply for Web 3.0 related licenses, enabling 24/7 exchange services between gold stablecoins, US dollars, Hong Kong dollar stablecoins, and popular cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Goldpay will contribute its technological expertise and experience through its Goldpay and Goldbid apps. The subsidiary will refer customers to Goldpay for goods and services not provided by the subsidiary. Despite the promising integration of advanced technologies, the potential impact on the group's future remains uncertain.
