Anteris Technologies (ASX:AVR) said on Monday it entered into an amended and restated master services agreement with Switchback Medical, under which Switchback will provide development and manufacturing services, including engineering and testing services, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The agreement expires on March 31, 2028, and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by one of the firms.

Anteris granted Switchback a limited, exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to certain of its intellectual property to be used only for manufacturing during the term of the agreement.
