Mainz Biomed (MYNZ) said Monday it has priced a $3 million follow-on offering of 2.2 million units comprising shares and warrants at an offer price of $1.35 per unit.

Each unit will comprise one share or a prefunded warrant and one Series A warrant for the purchase of one and one-half shares, the company said.

The Series A warrants are immediately exercisable at $1.35 per share and will expire five years from the issue date, Mainz Biomed said.
