Washington H. Soul Pattinson (ASX:SOL) expects fiscal 2025 net cash flow from investments to be in the range of AU$485 million to AU$535 million, up from the actual result of AU$468 million last year, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
In the same filing, the company said the board declared a fully franked final dividend of AU$0.59 per share, up from AU$0.55 per share the previous year, payable Sept. 5 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 22.
The company's shares were down 1% in recent Friday trade.
