Gross revenue retention slightly decreased to 90%, down from 92% in the previous year, while net revenue retention was 96%, compared to 97% in 2024. For the year-to-date, net cash provided by operating activities totaled $5.2 million, up from $3.0 million in the corresponding period last year. Looking ahead, Weave Communications provided guidance for the third quarter of 2025, projecting total revenue between $60.1 million and $61.1 million. The full-year revenue guidance is set between $236.8 million and $239.8 million. Non-GAAP income from operations is forecasted to range from $0.0 million to $1.0 million for the third quarter and $1.2 million to $3.2 million for the full year. During the quarter, Weave also completed its acquisition of TrueLark, an AI-powered workflow automation platform, enhancing its offerings with 24x7 patient engagement capabilities.
