Silk Logistics Holdings (ASX:SLH) said that a resolution, regarding the acquisition by DP World Australia of all shares in the company, through a scheme of arrangement, was approved by a majority of its shareholders in a Friday meeting, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

A total of 99.91% of the votes cast by eligible shareholders on the resolution were in favor of it, per the filing.

The scheme meeting is set on Aug 6, the filing said.
