T-Mobile US Inc. has completed its acquisition of UScellular's wireless operations, a significant move set to enhance network experiences and provide new benefits to millions of customers across the U.S. This acquisition will enable more than four million UScellular customers, including businesses, to access high-speed connectivity on T-Mobile's network. Additionally, hundreds of thousands of households in UScellular's service area that previously lacked access to high-speed internet will soon be eligible for T-Mobile's in-home broadband service. The UScellular brand will gradually transition to T-Mobile, with Array Digital Infrastructure Inc., formerly known as UScellular, continuing its operations as a separate entity focusing on infrastructure.
