The hearing of New Horizon Health's (HKG:6606) joint provisional liquidator application with the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has been scheduled at 10 am on Aug. 6, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The cancer screening test developer had filed the application in early July.

If appointed, the joint provisional liquidators will conduct investigations into the firm's affairs, in particular, certain concerns raised by the company's auditors in relation to its 2023 annual results.

The auditor raised questions on the validity of certain sales transactions, as well as marketing and selling expenses among other things, according to a March 2024 disclosure.
