Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX:CWY) completed the acquisition of Contract Resources Group, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The completion of the transaction comes after the company received approval from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, which assessed the potential impact of the acquisition on competition for the provision of industrial services, a separate filing said.
