Sunpower Group (SGX:5GD) through its subsidiary, Jiangsu Sunpower Clean Energy, entered into a strategic collaboration with Jining Energy Development, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent trading.
Under the agreement, the two entities will support China's dual carbon goals and improve productivity to promote clean energy solutions.
