Great Wall Motor Company (HKG:2333, SHA:601633) sold 104,372 vehicles in July, up 14.3% year-over-year, while production increased 18.2% to 101,045 units, according to an Aug.1 Hong Kong bourse filing.

New energy vehicle (NEV) sales totaled 34,593 units for the month, while overseas sales reached 41,088 units.

Year-to-date sales through July rose 3.6% to 674,161 units.

Shares of the SUV manufacturer gained about 1% in recent trade on Monday.
