Donaco International's Shareholders Approve Acquisition by On Nut Road

Donaco International (ASX:DNA) said a majority of its shareholders approved the acquisition of the company's shares by On Nut Road it does not already own, via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

A total of 98.1% of the votes cast by eligible shareholders in a Monday meeting were in favor of the acquisition, per the filing.

The company will seek orders from the Court for the approval of the scheme at the hearing currently scheduled for Thursday, the filing said.

The scheme is expected to be implemented by Aug. 19.
