Southern Hemisphere Mining (ASX:SUH) said FMR Resources (ASX: FMR) completed technical due diligence to earn up to a 60% stake in four concessions at the Llahuin Copper-Gold project in Chile, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Deep drilling at the project is set for the fourth quarter of the year, the filing said.

Shares of FMR Resources rose nearly 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
