Donaco International (ASX:DNA) said it lodged court orders approving On Nut Road's buyout of the company via a scheme of arrangement with the the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Friday, and the scheme became legally effective, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
It is expected that Donaco's shares will be suspended from trading on the ASX with effect from the close of trading on Friday.
Donaco shareholders are expected to receive the scheme consideration on Aug. 19. Donaco is expected to be removed from the ASX official list on Aug. 20.
The shareholders who still hold shares in Donaco as of Aug. 12, the scheme record date, will receive AU$0.045 in cash for each share.
