Wilton Resources (SGX:5F7) subsidiary, Wilton Wahana Indonesia, agreed to terminate an offtake agreement with Karya Jasa Bersahabat Internasional, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down 20% in recent trading.

The two entities mutually decided to terminate the agreement as there had not been any withdrawal of funds against the facility.
