Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 462.3 million yuan in July, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 39,159 square meters, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was approximately 11,806 yuan per square meter.

In the first seven months of 2025, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 2.57 billion yuan and 226,737 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,336 yuan per square meter.

Ronshine was up over 1% in recent Thursday trade.
