MicroPort Scientific (HKG:0853) has allotted 43.55 million shares following the partial conversion of $41.5 million worth of convertible loans, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the company were up over 3% in Tuesday afternoon trade.

The new shares were issued at HK$7.46 each and represent about 2.29% of the enlarged share capital.
