LFG Investment (HKG:3938) completed the placement of nearly 81.2 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.40 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$32.3 million, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 16.67% of the financial services provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue for the expansion of its securities financing wing and for general working capital.
