Envirosuite (ASX:EVS) said that the Federal Court of Australia made orders approving the company's proposed acquisition by Ideagen EVS BidCo, a unit of UK-based software provider Ideagen, through a scheme of arrangement, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The company expects to file a copy of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Aug. 11, at which time the scheme will become legally effective, per the filing.

The quotation of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange is expected to be suspended from the close of trading on the same day.

The company expects the scheme will be implemented on Aug.20, the filing added.
