Shimao Group (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of around 1.99 billion yuan in July, with a sold area of 164,675 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was 12,066 yuan per square meter.

From January to July, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 15.5 billion yuan and 1.3 million square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,176 yuan per square meter.
