Calumet Inc. reported a net loss of $147.9 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of $39.1 million in the same period in 2024. The basic loss per common share was $1.70, significantly higher than the $0.48 loss per share reported in the previous year. The company's Adjusted EBITDA with Tax Attributes stood at $76.5 million, up from $74.8 million in 2024. Calumet achieved $42 million in year-over-year operating cost savings through the first half of 2025, as part of company-wide cost reduction initiatives. The Montana Renewables segment remains on track to achieve a production target of 120-150 million gallons of annualized SAF by the second quarter of 2026. Additionally, the Specialties business is experiencing significant margin expansion and strong sales volume. Total sales volume for the quarter was 88,766 barrels per day, slightly down from 90,242 barrels per day in the same period last year.
