The Spanish stock market regulator (CNMV) fined Grifols and several board members a total of 1.36 million euros ($1.59 million) for providing inaccurate or untrue financial information or having omitted relevant data.

Spain is no longer considering the option of buying U.S.-made F-35 fighter jets and is choosing between European-made Eurofighter and the so-called Future Combat Air System (FCAS), being developed by a consortium comprising Indra, a defence ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday.

Nextil said on Wednesday it sold its production real estate assets in Portugal for 4.4 million euros.

Barclays raised the company to "overweight" from "equal weight" and raised its target price to 18 euros from 14.70 euros.
