0816 GMT - Serco is finally attracting attention, sparked by its growth potential in the U.S., eToro analyst Mark Crouch says in a note. The British government-services provider has re-emerged as a serious contender in sectors like defense, immigration and justice, Crouch says. "The U.S. now offers scale Serco has never accessed before," the analyst says, citing higher revenue and a strong pipeline and order book. "As global defense budgets expand and outsourcing accelerates, Serco has become a name to watch on the global stage," he says. Shares trade 8.1% higher. (andrea.figueras@wsj.com)
