There were free lunches for public school kids, $1000 energy rebates on top of what the Commonwealth was offering, $200 vouchers for children’s sports, flat 50¢ public transport fares, and a pledge to establish a chain of state-owned service stations selling cut-price fuel and electric vehicle charging.
