The Federal Court of Australia set a limit of AU$20,000 for the maximum costs to be recovered in a legal dispute between LFB Resources NL, a unit of Regis Resources (ASX:RRL), and the Wiradyuri Traditional Owners group over a heritage protection declaration, according to a Wednesday statement by the Court.
