Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) recorded contracted sales of approximately 336 million yuan in July, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 22,944 square meters, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property company saw an average selling price of around 14,600 yuan per square meter in the month.

From January to July, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 2.7 billion yuan and 165,564 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 16,300 yuan per square meter.
