Ab&B Bio-Tech (HKG:2627) has postponed its Hong Kong initial public offering timetable due to a black rainstorm warning and extreme weather conditions, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
As a result of the weather-related disruption, the pricing is expected to be determined on Thursday.
Results of the share allocation will be announced on Friday, and trading is now scheduled to begin on Aug. 11.
The China-based vaccine maker launched its IPO last week, aiming to raise up to HK$518 million by offering 33.44 million H-shares at between HK$12.90 and HK$15.50 apiece.
The deal includes a Hong Kong public tranche of 3.34 million shares and an international offering of 30.10 million shares.
