Worksport Ltd., a U.S.-based manufacturer and innovator of hybrid and clean energy solutions, announced a record-breaking production achievement with 2,499 tonneau covers produced in July, more than doubling the output from March 2025. This represents over 100% sequential growth within four months. The company attributes this success to operational scaling and significant improvements in gross margins, achieved without increasing headcount at its ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in West Seneca, New York. Worksport's CEO, Steven Rossi, highlighted the increase in dealer demand and manufacturing capabilities, positioning the company to potentially surpass $20 million in revenue this year and achieve cash flow positivity soon. In addition to its existing product lines, Worksport plans to launch its first clean-tech product vertical later this year, featuring the SOLIS solar-integrated tonneau cover and the COR portable power system. These products aim to tap into a $13 billion market in clean energy and portable power, creating new revenue streams beyond the company's core business. The SOLIS and COR units have successfully passed third-party lab and beta testing, with production lines under development and first shipments expected in Fall 2025. A top 15 U.S. construction company is currently piloting these units for integration into their national fleet.
